We train our staff using the PROACT SCIPr syllabus, this focuses on positive and proactive approaches with behaviour support. using recent history and risk of the people we support on a yearly basis to identify what is appropriate for the potential risk. All the training is in line with the Restraint Reduction Network Standards.
