You First is a forward thinking, innovative and market leading Social Enterprise, formed as a Community Interest Company (CIC), that enables neurodivergent people, people with learning disabilities and/or mental health illness to build and grow their lives in a way that is both meaningful and purposeful for them. This is achieved by creating small, bespoke, dedicated teams of people who are selected by the person supported and who work to enable the person to fulfil their goals, hopes, dreams and aspirations. We call these bespoke teams “Micro-Teams” and this community of support approach enables and empowers people to move out of Service Land and start building their lives on their own terms.
