Somerset Council has been working in partnership with NHS Somerset on a nationwide project to digitise adult social care. This project involves funding to help cover the costs of taking on a digital social care record system or DSCR.
Abbeyfield Care Home in Taunton have been using a DSCR and have collaborated with Somerset Council to share their story with this technology.
