The RCPA and the Annual Health Project Team in collaboration with LeDeR, NHS Somerset, The Open University and Our Voice Somerset, celebrating production of ‘Mend the Gap’ Annual Health Check Leaflets at a recent event. The leaflets are being distributed to primary care centres and hospitals across Somerset.
